Montreal: Get Paid What You're Worth, Same Day — Sign Up as a Lumo Contractor
Finding Good Work Shouldn't Mean Settling for Less
If you live in Montreal, you already know: finding flexible work that actually pays what your time and skills are worth is harder than it should be. Whether you're between jobs, looking for side income, or just want control over your own schedule, too many opportunities pay too little and make you wait days or weeks for your money.
Lumo is building something different. We're a marketplace connecting independent contractors with people who need local help — and we're recruiting 300 workers across Montréal right now. You bring the skills you already have. We bring the jobs, the fair pay, and same-day payment.
Three Types of Work, Your Choice
When you sign up with Lumo, you choose which jobs to accept. Here's what's available:
- Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across the city by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know Montreal's streets and want to stay moving.
- Home cleaning: Clean apartments, houses, and move-out spaces. Ideal for detail-oriented people who take pride in leaving a place spotless.
- Furniture assembly: Put together beds, desks, shelves, and flat-pack furniture for customers who'd rather not wrestle with instructions. Great if you're handy and patient.
You're not locked into one type. Accept the jobs that fit your schedule and skills.
You Keep 90%, Get Paid Today, and Earn a Bonus
Here's how Lumo works: you keep 90% of every job you complete. No waiting two weeks for a paycheck — you get paid the same day you do the work. That's money in your account when you actually need it.
Right now, complete your first 100 jobs and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 140 CAD (about $100 USD). It's our way of recognizing people who show up and do the work.
Whether you're in Plateau, Ville-Marie, Verdun, or anywhere else in the city, the same deal applies: your labor, your schedule, your worth.
