Mumbai: Turn the Skills You Already Have Into Real Income on Lumo

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Getting Paid

Finding decent work in Mumbai right now feels harder than it should. You know how to do things — you can navigate Bandra to Andheri in rush hour, you know how to deep-clean a flat until it shines, or you've jump-started enough cars to do it in your sleep. But too many jobs underpay for what you actually bring to the table.

Lumo is a marketplace that connects you directly with people in your neighborhood who need help. You set your own hours, choose which jobs to accept, and keep 90% of what you earn. No boss, no fixed shift, no waiting two weeks for your money — you get paid the same day, every time.

Three Ways to Earn With What You Already Know

Lumo is currently recruiting 300 independent contractors across Mumbai. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter — Perfect if you know the roads and have reliable transport. You pick the deliveries that make sense for where you're headed.
• Home cleaning: apartments, homes and move-out cleans — Ideal if you take pride in thorough work and have an eye for detail. Customers book directly, and you decide which jobs fit your schedule.
• Roadside assistance: jump-starts, flat-tire changes, lockouts and fuel drop-offs — Great for anyone with basic mechanical know-how and the tools to help stranded drivers get moving again.

You choose which jobs to accept. Every job type lets you work when it suits you, whether that's evenings after your day job, weekends, or any time in between.

A Loyalty Bonus That Rewards Consistency

Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 9,500 INR (about $100 USD). It's our way of recognizing contractors who show up and do solid work.

You already have the skills. Now put them to work on your terms, at a rate that actually reflects what your labor is worth. Apply on Lumo today and start earning.
