Your Skills Are Worth Real Money in Nairobi – Start Earning on Lumo Today
Finding Good Work Shouldn't Be This Hard
If you've been searching for steady work in Nairobi, you know how frustrating it's become. Too many positions pay less than your skills are worth, and too many opportunities never seem to materialize. But here's what matters: the abilities you already have – driving, delivering, detailing cars – are valuable right now, today.
Lumo is a marketplace that connects independent contractors with neighbors who need help. You choose the jobs you want, set your own schedule, and keep 90% of what you earn. No waiting weeks for payment – you get paid the same day you complete the work.
Three Ways to Earn in Nairobi
Lumo is currently recruiting 300 contractors across Nairobi for these job types:
Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you have reliable transport and know your way around the city, delivery work lets you earn while you move. Accept the deliveries that make sense for your route and schedule.
Rides: driving neighbors to work, appointments and the airport – Nairobi's commutes are long, and people need dependable transportation. If you have a car and enjoy driving, you decide which ride requests to accept and when you're available.
Mobile car detailing: washing and detailing cars right in the customer's driveway – This work suits anyone with an eye for detail and the willingness to do quality work. You bring the service to the customer's location, and they pay for the convenience and craftsmanship.
You Decide What Your Time Is Worth
On Lumo, you're not locked into shifts or forced to accept work that doesn't make sense. You see each job, the payment, and the location before you commit. As customers across Nairobi post jobs, you'll have the opportunity to build the schedule and income that works for your life.
Right now, Lumo is offering a loyalty bonus of 12,989 KES (about $100 USD) after you complete your first 100 jobs. That's real money on top of what you're already earning.
Your skills have value. It's time they paid accordingly. Apply on Lumo today and start earning what your work is actually worth.
