Perth: Get Paid What You're Worth – Same Day, Your Hours

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Getting

Finding decent work in Perth right now shouldn't be this hard. Whether you're between jobs, looking for flexible hours around other commitments, or just tired of being underpaid for what you can do, the truth is simple: your time and effort are worth more.

Lumo is a marketplace that connects independent contractors with locals who need help. We're recruiting 300 workers across Perth right now. You set your own schedule, choose which jobs you want, keep 90% of every dollar you earn, and get paid the same day you complete the work. No waiting a fortnight for someone else to decide what your labour is worth.

Three Ways to Earn on Your Terms

Here's the kind of work available on Lumo, and you decide what suits you:

• Delivery: Drive, bike, or scooter food, groceries, and packages across town. Perfect if you know Perth's roads and want to stay moving. Accept the deliveries that make sense for your day.
• Yard work: Mowing, raking, hedge trimming, garden clean-ups. If you don't mind being outdoors and can handle the tools, Perth homeowners need this year-round. You choose which jobs to take.
• Handyman repairs: Mounting TVs, fixing doors, patching walls, and other small repairs. If you're handy and have basic tools, there's steady demand. You're in control of your workload.

Every job is up to you. No pressure, no quotas.

A Bonus for Getting Started

Complete your first 100 jobs and Lumo pays you a loyalty bonus of 142 AUD (about $100 USD) on top of what you've already earned. It's our way of saying thanks for building something reliable.

Perth locals deserve to earn what their work is actually worth, on their own schedule, paid the same day. If that sounds right to you, apply on Lumo today and get ready to work when the jobs start coming in.
