Pimpri-Chinchwad: Keep 90% of Every Job You Do – You're Worth More
You're Worth More Than You're Being Paid
Finding good work in Pimpri-Chinchwad right now is harder than it should be. Too many skilled people—drivers, delivery workers, people who know their way around a vehicle—are getting paid far less than their labor is actually worth. You already have the skills. You know the roads from Pimpri to Chinchwad, you can navigate traffic during peak hours, and you're reliable. That's valuable, and it's time you were paid like it.
Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors with neighbors who need local help. The difference? You keep 90% of what the customer pays. You set your own schedule, choose which jobs to accept, and get paid the same day. No waiting, no surprises—just fair pay for real work.
Three Ways to Earn on Your Terms
Lumo is looking for 300 contractors across Pimpri-Chinchwad to handle jobs as they're posted by local customers. Here's the work available:
- Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the shortcuts and can move quickly through neighborhoods like Wakad, Akurdi, or Nigdi.
- Rides: Drive neighbors to work, medical appointments, or the airport. Ideal for anyone with a clean vehicle and a sense of the city's rhythms—morning commutes, evening pickups, weekend errands.
- Roadside Assistance: Help stranded drivers with jump-starts, flat-tire changes, lockouts, and fuel drop-offs. If you're handy and don't mind being the person someone calls when they're stuck, this pays well for quick, practical problem-solving.
You decide which jobs fit your day. One type or all three—it's entirely up to you.
A Bonus That Rewards Your Consistency
Complete your first 100 jobs and Lumo pays you a 9,516 INR loyalty bonus (about $100 USD). It's straightforward: do the work, earn the bonus, keep building from there.
