Port Harcourt: Get Paid What You're Worth—Sign Up Now for Lumo Jobs

The Work You Do Has Real Value

If you live in Port Harcourt, you already know how tough the job market can be right now. Too many people with real skills—driving, cleaning, organizing, helping neighbors—are underpaid or struggling to find steady work that respects their time. Whether you're in Rumuola, Old GRA, or Trans Amadi, the truth is the same: the work you can already do is worth real money.

Lumo is a marketplace where Port Harcourt residents get paid fairly to do local jobs for their neighbors. You choose the gigs that fit your schedule, keep 90% of what you earn, and get paid the same day. No boss, no fixed shifts—just you, your skills, and customers who need help.

Three Types of Jobs You Can Do

Lumo is recruiting 300 contractors in Port Harcourt right now, and jobs will open as local customers post them. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you have a vehicle and know the roads, this is straightforward work. You decide which deliveries to accept and when to be available.
• Laundry pickup: collect, wash, fold and return laundry for busy neighbors – Perfect if you're detail-oriented and reliable. Pick up laundry from customers, wash and fold it yourself, then return it on time.
• Home cleaning: apartments, homes and move-out cleans – Use your cleaning skills to help families, busy professionals, or people moving. You choose which jobs suit you.

Every job is one you accept or decline. You're in control.
