Pretoria: Get Paid What You're Worth – Same Day, Every Day

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Getting

If you live in Pretoria, you know how tough it is right now to find work that pays fairly. Too many people with real skills – driving, cleaning, detailing cars – are stuck in positions that undervalue what they bring. You show up, you do the work, and then you wait days or weeks to see your money. It doesn't have to be that way.

Lumo is a marketplace that connects independent contractors with local customers who need help. We're recruiting 300 people across Pretoria to take on jobs when they open, and we're doing things differently: you keep 90% of what you earn, you choose your own hours, and you get paid the same day you complete the work. No waiting, no wondering – just fair pay for fair work.

Three Types of Jobs, All on Your Schedule

Here's the work available on Lumo:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across Pretoria by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the city well and want flexible hours that fit around your life.
• Mobile car detailing: Wash and detail cars right in customers' driveways. Ideal if you take pride in detailed work and prefer staying local rather than commuting to a fixed site.
• Home cleaning: Clean apartments, houses, and move-out properties. Great for thorough, reliable people who like seeing the immediate results of their effort.

You choose which jobs to accept. If a job doesn't work for your schedule or location, you simply pass. You're in control.

A Loyalty Bonus That Rewards Your Commitment

Sign up now, complete your first 100 jobs, and Lumo will pay you a loyalty bonus of 1,667 ZAR (about $100 USD). There are 100 bonus spots available for early contractors, and this is on top of what you're already earning from the work itself.

Jobs open as customers across Pretoria post them. By signing up today, you'll be ready as soon as the requests start coming in.
