Queens: Turn What You Already Know Into Real Income on Your Schedule
Your Skills Are Worth More Than You Think
If you live in Queens, you already know how to navigate this borough—from the buzz of Astoria and LIC to the shops of Flushing, the tree-lined blocks of Forest Hills, and the energy of Jackson Heights. You know how to drive in traffic, how to get things done when neighbors need help, and how to manage your time around the subway delays and bridge backups that are just part of life here.
Here's what often gets overlooked: those everyday abilities are worth real money. Right now, finding dependable work that actually pays what you deserve is harder than it should be. Too many people are grinding for wages that don't match the effort. Lumo is building something different—a marketplace where you use the skills you already have, choose the jobs you want, and finally earn what your work is worth.
Lumo is recruiting 300 independent contractors across Queens, and every person who completes their first 100 jobs earns a $100 USD loyalty bonus on top of regular pay.
Three Ways to Work on Lumo
You pick which jobs to accept and when to work. Here's what's available:
