Lumo is a marketplace where you do local jobs for people in your community, set your own schedule, and keep 90% of what the customer pays. No sitting through shifts hoping for enough work. Three Ways to Work on Lumo

Lumo is recruiting 300 independent contractors in Soweto right now. You choose which jobs to accept:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – Restaurants, shops and neighbors need reliable people to get orders where they're going. If you know the streets and have a way to move around, this work suits you.
• Rides: driving neighbors to work, appointments and the airport – People need safe, dependable transport every day. If you have a car and enjoy driving, you decide when you're available and which rides to take.
• Laundry pickup: collect, wash, fold and return laundry for busy neighbors – Families and working professionals need help keeping up. You collect laundry, wash and fold it at home or a laundromat, and return it on time. It's straightforward work that fits around your life.
