Srinagar: Sign Up Now on Lumo and Get Ready to Earn on Your Terms

Finding Work That Pays What You're Worth

If you live in Srinagar, you already know how hard it can be to find flexible work that respects your time and pays fairly. Whether you're navigating the busy lanes near Lal Chowk, heading out to Dalgate, or crossing through the neighbourhoods around Rajbagh, you have skills that are valuable—driving, cleaning, fixing things around the home. The problem is that too many jobs underpay for that labor.

Lumo is building something different: a marketplace where you control your schedule, choose which jobs to accept, and keep 90% of what you earn. We're recruiting 300 contractors in Srinagar right now, and we want you to be among the first ready when local customers start posting jobs.

Three Types of Work, All on Your Schedule

When you sign up with Lumo, you'll have access to jobs across three categories:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across Srinagar by car, bike, or scooter—perfect if you know the roads and enjoy staying on the move.
• Home cleaning: Help families and individuals with apartment cleans, full home cleaning, and move-out jobs—ideal if you take pride in thorough, reliable work.
• Handyman repairs: Handle small jobs like mounting TVs, fixing doors, patching walls, and other repairs—great if you're good with tools and problem-solving.

You decide which jobs to take and when to work. No one assigns you shifts or tells you what to do.

Get Paid the Same Day—and Earn a Loyalty Bonus

Every job you complete pays out the same day. And when you finish your first 100 jobs on Lumo, you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 9,518 INR (about $100 USD)—our way of rewarding contractors who show up and do great work.

Srinagar neighbors need help with everyday tasks, and you already have the skills to do them. Sign up on Lumo today so you're first in line when jobs start coming in.
