Sydney: Your Skills Are Worth More Than You Think — Start Earning on Lumo

Finding Good Work in Sydney Shouldn't Be This Hard

If you've been searching for steady work in Sydney lately, you already know how tough it is out there. Applications disappear into the void, interviews lead nowhere, and too many jobs expect the world while offering peanuts in return. But here's what often gets overlooked: the skills you already have — driving, lifting, helping people get where they need to go — are worth real money right now.

Lumo is a local jobs marketplace that connects independent contractors with people across Sydney who need reliable help. We're looking for 300 workers ready to take on delivery, moving, and ride jobs as they're posted by customers in your area. You set your hours, choose which jobs to accept, keep 90% of what you earn, and get paid the same day.

Three Ways to Earn With What You Already Know

You don't need new qualifications or experience. If you can do any of these, you're ready:

• Delivery: Bring food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter. Accept the jobs that suit your schedule and route, whether that's a quick drop in the Inner West or a longer run to the Northern Beaches.
• Moving help: Load trucks, carry furniture, and assist with small moves. Perfect if you're comfortable with physical work and want jobs that pay well for a few focused hours.
• Rides: Drive neighbours to work, medical appointments, and the airport. If you've got a reliable car and know your way around Sydney, people need you.

You Decide When You Work, and You Keep What You Earn

No shifts. No boss hovering. You open the app when you're ready, see what's available, and pick the jobs that make sense for you. Whether you're navigating traffic from Parramatta to the CBD or helping someone in Manly move a couch, you're in control.

You keep 90% of every job, and funds hit your account the same day. Plus, right now Lumo is offering a 142 AUD loyalty bonus (about $100 USD) once you complete your first 100 jobs. That's money for doing work you're already capable of.

Apply on Lumo today and start putting your skills to work in Sydney.
