Sydney: Get Paid What You're Actually Worth, Same Day You Work

Finding Fair Work in Sydney Right Now

If you've been looking for work that actually pays what your time and effort are worth, you already know how frustrating the search can be. Too many jobs underpay for the skills you bring, lock you into rigid schedules, or make you wait a week or more to see your earnings.

Lumo is different. We're a marketplace connecting independent contractors across Sydney with local jobs that need doing. You choose the work that fits your schedule, you keep 90% of every job, and you get paid the same day you complete it. Whether you're in Parramatta, the Inner West, or down in Sutherland Shire, you control when you work and what you earn.

Three Types of Work, Your Choice Which to Accept

Lumo is currently recruiting 300 contractors in Sydney. Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter — If you've got reliable transport and know your way around Sydney's streets, delivery work lets you stay on the move and stack jobs throughout the day. You decide which deliveries to accept based on distance and pay.

• Laundry pickup: collect, wash, fold and return laundry for busy neighbors — This work suits anyone with access to a washing machine and dryer and an eye for detail. Collect laundry from customers, wash and fold it carefully, then return it on schedule. It's straightforward, flexible, and happens entirely on your terms.

• Mobile car detailing: washing and detailing cars right in the customer's driveway — If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy working with your hands, mobile detailing pays well for quality work. You bring the supplies, work at the customer's location, and earn what your skill is worth.
