Finding Fair Work in Tashkent Shouldn't Be This Hard

If you've been searching for work that actually pays what your labor is worth, you're not alone. Too many people across Tashkent are working hard but getting paid too little, or waiting days or weeks for their earnings. The truth is, the skills you already have—driving, yard maintenance, helping neighbors with everyday tasks—are valuable, and you deserve to be compensated fairly.

Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors with people in Tashkent who need local help. You set your own schedule, choose which jobs to accept, keep 90% of every payment, and get paid the same day you complete the work. No waiting. No uncertainty. Just fair pay for honest work.

Three Types of Work Opening in Tashkent

Lumo is currently recruiting 300 contractors across the city for the following job categories:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you have reliable transportation and know your way around Tashkent, delivery work lets you earn on your own time. Accept the deliveries that fit your route and schedule.

• Yard work: mowing, raking, hedge trimming and garden clean-ups – Homeowners and businesses need help keeping their outdoor spaces tidy. If you're comfortable with physical work and have basic tools or are willing to use what's provided, this is steady, seasonal income.

• Laundry pickup: collect, wash, fold and return laundry for busy neighbors – Many people simply don't have time to keep up with laundry. You pick up, wash, fold, and deliver it back. It's straightforward work that's always in demand.

You're never locked into one type. Browse what's available, accept what works for you, and build your own schedule.
