Tashkent: Your Skills Are Worth More Than You Think—Start Earning on Your Schedule

The Job Search Doesn't Have to Be This Hard

Anyone looking for work in Tashkent right now knows how frustrating it can be. You send applications, wait for responses, and even when something comes through, the pay often doesn't match the effort. But here's what many people don't realize: the skills you already use every day—driving across the city, caring for animals, maintaining outdoor spaces—are valuable, and they can start earning you money right now.

Lumo is a marketplace that connects independent contractors with local customers who need help. You're not applying for a single job; you're joining a platform where you choose which jobs to accept, set your own schedule, and keep 90% of what you earn. You get paid the same day, and you're finally compensated fairly for the work you do.

Three Ways to Start Earning in Tashkent

Lumo is currently bringing on 300 contractors across Tashkent, and these are the roles available:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you know your way around Tashkent's neighborhoods and have reliable transportation, delivery work lets you earn on every trip. You decide which deliveries to take and when to work.
• Pet care: dog walking, pet sitting and drop-in visits – Many families and professionals need trustworthy people to walk their dogs or check in on pets during the day. If you're comfortable with animals, this work is straightforward and flexible.
• Yard work: mowing, raking, hedge trimming and garden clean-ups – From spring through fall, outdoor spaces need regular care. If you can handle basic yard maintenance, there's steady demand for this kind of help.

A Loyalty Bonus for Contractors Who Stick Around

When you complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo, you'll receive a loyalty bonus of 1,190,120 UZS (about $100 USD). It's our way of recognizing contractors who show up and do good work.

You already have what it takes. If you're tired of waiting for the right opportunity and ready to earn what your time is actually worth, apply on Lumo today and start on your own terms.
