Tashkent: Get Paid What You're Worth, The Same Day You Work

Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Getting Paid

If you live in Tashkent and you've been looking for work that actually pays you fairly, you already know how frustrating the search can be. Too many jobs underpay for the effort you put in, and even when you do the work, you're often waiting days or weeks to see your money. The skills you already have—driving across the city, keeping a home spotless, running errands for busy families—these are valuable, and you deserve to be paid what they're actually worth.

Lumo is building a marketplace where people in Tashkent can find local jobs and earn fair pay on their own schedule. We're recruiting 300 independent contractors right now, and we pay you the same day you complete the work.

Three Types of Work, You Choose What Fits

When you sign up with Lumo, you'll see job requests from neighbors and businesses around Tashkent. You decide which ones to accept. Here's what's available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the streets of Tashkent and want flexible hours between other commitments.
• Home cleaning: Clean apartments, houses, and move-out spaces for residents who need a thorough job done right. Ideal if you're detail-oriented and take pride in leaving a place spotless.
• Errands: Handle pharmacy runs, returns, waiting in line, and shopping trips for people who are too busy or need the help. Great for anyone organized and reliable who enjoys being out in the city.

You keep 90% of what each job pays. No surprises, no hidden fees.

A Loyalty Bonus for Contractors Who Stick With It

Complete your first 100 jobs on Lumo and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 1,185,835 UZS (about $100 USD). It's our way of rewarding contractors who show up and do good work.

Right now, 100 bonus spots are still available for Tashkent contractors, and jobs will open as customers across the city start posting their requests.

You Decide When You Work, We Pay You the Same Day

No shifts. No boss looking over your shoulder. You open the app when you're ready to work, accept the jobs that make sense for your day, and earn what your time is worth. And critically: you get paid the same day you finish the job. Your rent doesn't wait two weeks, and neither should your paycheck.

If you're ready to finally earn what your labor is worth, apply on Lumo today.
