The Job Search Doesn't Have to Be This Hard

If you've been looking for work in Tashkent, you know how challenging it can be right now. Too many positions offer low pay, rigid schedules, or simply don't value what you bring to the table. But here's something worth knowing: the skills you already have – driving around the city, helping neighbors with technology, caring for pets – are worth real money. You don't need new training or credentials. You just need a platform that pays you fairly for what you can already do.

That's exactly what Lumo offers.

Work That Fits Your Life, Not the Other Way Around

Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors with people in Tashkent who need help with everyday tasks. You choose when you work, which jobs you accept, and you keep 90% of what you earn. You get paid the same day, every time. Right now, Lumo is looking for 300 contractors across the city to join as the platform grows here.

Here's the kind of work available:

• Delivery: Transport food, groceries, and packages across Tashkent by car, bike, or scooter. Perfect if you know the streets well and want flexibility throughout your day.
• Tech help: Assist neighbors with setting up Wi-Fi, connecting TVs, configuring printers, or troubleshooting phones. Ideal if you're comfortable with everyday technology and enjoy solving problems.
• Pet care: Provide dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits for families who need reliable animal care. Great for patient, responsible people who love spending time with pets.

You decide which jobs suit your schedule and skills. No pressure, no quotas.

A Bonus That Rewards Your Commitment

Lumo values contractors who stick around. Complete your first 100 jobs and you'll earn a loyalty bonus of 1,194,326 UZS (about $100 USD) – on top of what you've already been paid.

You're not just filling time. You're building reliable income on your own terms, finally earning what your labor is actually worth.
