Thane: Keep 90% of What You Earn—Your Skills Are Worth More

You're Already Good Enough—You Deserve to Be Paid Like It

Finding decent work in Thāne right now feels impossible. You have skills—you can drive, fix a door, set up a router—but too many jobs pay a fraction of what customers actually spend. The platforms and middlemen take the lion's share, and you're left wondering why your time isn't worth more.

It is. And it's time someone paid you accordingly.

Lumo is a new kind of marketplace where you're not just another worker in the system—you're an independent contractor who keeps 90% of every job. That's not a promotion or a bonus tier you have to unlock. That's the deal, from day one, for everyone. You set your hours, you choose which jobs to accept, and you get paid the same day. No waiting, no surprises, no middleman pocketing half of what your labor is worth.

Real Work Thānekars Already Know How to Do

Lumo is recruiting 300 contractors across Thane right now. Here's the kind of work opening up as local customers post jobs:

• Delivery: food, groceries and packages across town by car, bike or scooter – If you know the roads, you're qualified. Accept the deliveries that make sense for your route and schedule.
• Tech help: setting up Wi-Fi, TVs, printers and phones – Neighbors need someone patient who can get their devices working. If you've done it for family, you can do it for pay.
• Handyman repairs: mounting TVs, fixing doors, patching walls and small repairs – Small jobs that don't need a licensed contractor but do need someone reliable. You choose which ones fit your skills.

Every job is something people in Thāne need done. You decide what you're comfortable with.
