Keep 90% of Every Job You Do in Thane—Finally Earn What Your Work Is Worth

You're Worth More Than You're Being Paid

Finding good work in Thane right now is harder than it should be. You already have skills—driving through traffic, lifting heavy loads, staying organized—but too many jobs don't pay what that work is actually worth. You're putting in the hours, but someone else is keeping most of what the customer pays.

Lumo is changing that. We're a marketplace where you choose the jobs you want, set your own schedule, and keep 90% of every rupee customers pay. No hidden fees. No waiting weeks for your money. You get paid the same day, and you finally earn what your labor deserves.

We're recruiting 300 independent contractors across Thane right now. Whether you're in Naupada, Kopri, Wagle Estate, or anywhere nearby, there's work opening up as local customers post jobs. And the first contractors to complete 100 jobs earn a 9,462 INR loyalty bonus (about $100 USD)—our way of rewarding the people who help build this community.

Three Ways to Earn on Lumo

• Delivery: Move food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter. You decide which orders make sense for your route and your time.
• Laundry pickup: Collect laundry from busy neighbors, wash and fold it at home or a laundromat, then return it. Perfect if you're detail-oriented and want flexible indoor work.
• Moving help: Load trucks, carry furniture, and help with small household moves. Great if you're strong and don't mind physical work that pays well per job.

You're not locked into any of them. Accept the jobs that fit your day.

Work That Respects Your Time and Effort

No boss watching the clock. No commute to someone else's schedule. Just you, your skills, and customers in Thane who need help and are willing to pay fairly for it. You keep 90%, you're paid the same day, and you decide what your time is worth.
