Thiruvananthapuram: Your Skills Are Worth More Than You're Getting Paid

The Job Search Doesn't Have to Be This Frustrating

If you've been looking for work in Thiruvananthapuram, you know how discouraging it can be. Applications go unanswered, interviews lead nowhere, and when you do find something, the pay rarely reflects the effort you're putting in. But here's what most people don't realize: the skills you already use every day—driving through city traffic, running errands for family, putting together furniture—are worth real money right now.

Lumo is a marketplace connecting independent contractors with people in Thiruvananthapuram who need reliable help. You choose the jobs you want, set your own hours, and keep 90% of what you earn. No boss, no fixed schedule, just work that fits your life.

Three Ways to Start Earning in Thiruvananthapuram

Delivery: Food, Groceries and Packages Across Town If you have a car, bike, or scooter, you can accept delivery jobs—restaurants, grocery orders, packages that need to get across the city. You see the job details and payment upfront, and you decide whether to accept. Perfect for anyone who knows the roads and wants flexibility.

Errands: Pharmacy Runs, Returns, Waiting in Line and Shopping Trips Busy families and professionals need help with everyday tasks—picking up prescriptions, returning items, standing in queues, handling shopping trips. If you're organized and dependable, these jobs let you earn while helping neighbors who are stretched thin.

Furniture Assembly: Putting Together Beds, Desks, Shelves and Flat-Pack Furniture Good with tools? People constantly need help assembling beds, desks, shelves, and other flat-pack furniture. If you can follow instructions and work carefully, this is steady work that pays well for a skill many people don't have.
