Thiruvananthapuram: Keep 90% of What You Earn—Your Skills Are Worth More

You're Worth More Than You're Being Paid

If you live in Thiruvananthapuram and you've been looking for work that actually values what you bring to the table, you already know how hard it is. Too many jobs pay too little for the effort, the skill, and the time you put in. Whether you're navigating the traffic from Karamana to the Secretariat, or you know your way around Kovalam and Vellayambalam, the skills you use every day—driving, cleaning, fixing things—are worth real money.

On Lumo, you finally keep what you earn: 90% of every job goes directly to you. No hidden cuts. No surprise fees. You get paid the same day, and you're in control.

The Work You Choose, On Your Schedule

Lumo is recruiting 300 contractors right now in Thiruvananthapuram, and you decide which jobs to accept. Here's what's available:

• Delivery: Food, groceries, and packages across town by car, bike, or scooter. If you know the roads and have a vehicle, you're already qualified.
• Home cleaning: Apartments, homes, and move-out cleans. Steady work helping neighbors keep their spaces fresh and livable.
• Handyman repairs: Mounting TVs, fixing doors, patching walls, and tackling small repairs. If you're good with your hands and tools, people need your help.

You choose the jobs. You set your hours. You do the work you're comfortable with.

A Loyalty Bonus That Rewards Your Effort

Complete your first 100 jobs and Lumo pays you a 9,500 INR bonus (about $100 USD). It's our way of saying thank you for building something reliable with us. There are 100 bonus spots available, and they're open now to the first people who sign up and get to work.
